ARKLink Resource Sharing Committee Report- Spring 2016

The committee is working on  the ARKLink card survey. The survey will be sent out to libraries in May. Please take the time to respond to the survey. Survey results will be presented at the Summer ARKLink meeting.

Please make sure that your ARKLink card liaisons information is up-to-date and let us know if any changes are needed.

There has been many complaints about the Amigos courier services since the start of the year. Amigos contracted with a new courier in Arkansas and the service has suffered during that transition. Amigos has been working with the company and found out that all items were being sent to the Dallas hub for sorting. Now Little Rock to Little Rock hub items will stay here for sorting and it should resolve the problems with delays.
